Customized Products:

Final Sale Policy: Customized products, including items with personalized monograms, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Defective Items: If your customized product arrives with a defect, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos/videos and details of the defect for assessment.
